How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed (i.e. print the design on your product) as we get them - we're not huge company with a big warehouse. If you order multiple gifts, they may ship from different warehouses. In most cases, you can expect gifts to arrive in 7-14 days. We'll communicate with you via email on the order status where you will be able to track your shipment (and if sending the gift to another person, you'll be informed when they received it).

Where are the items shipped from?

We rely on different suppliers throughout the United States, and it depends on the item. Rest assured, all items are being shipped from a location here in the United States, not from overseas.

Are all of your products made in the USA?

Some of our products are made here in the USA (e.g. jewelry), while some are manufactured outside of North America. We specify on the product description when the product is manufactured in the USA. Worth mentioning, all products are shipped from a location within the United States.

Do you sell on Amazon?

At this time, to keep costs down, we do not sell on Amazon - though you can easily place an order directly from the First Responder Gifts website and be informed of the status of it.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, we guarantee your satisfaction. This means, if for whatever reason you or your gift recipient is not delighted with the product, please let us know about it (rather than write a negative review) - we will do everything we can to make it right. For returns or exchanges, please read the Returns & Exchanges policy.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, we do not have the facilities in place to offer gift wrapping services (but don't worry, your first responder will still be surprised and love the fact you're so thoughtful) :)
