What Are First Responder Gifts' Return Policies?

First Responder Gifts accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company website (firstrespondergifts.com) as long as the returned product is not visibly worn or damaged.

For a refund, the original packing slip and invoice must be returned along with the product within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be made in the original form of payment. If you elect to use a prepaid return label, the amount of the label will be deducted at the time of refund. Please note that for credit to your credit card, it may take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement.

What are First Responder Gifts' Exchange Policies?

First Responder Gifts accepts exchanges as long as the product is not visibly worn or damaged by the user, and the exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Please include a note in your package indicating the size and style that you would like, in addition to a return address and telephone number. We will then send you the replacement product as soon as possible.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please select the appropriate return reason and once reviewed by a customer service agent we will arrange a return or exchange for you.

How Long does a Refund Take?

We credit the original card used to make the purchase as soon as we receive the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, refunds generally appear on your billing statement in one to two billing periods.
